The Party
Our organisation operates as far more than just a political party. The Australian Sovereignty Association (ASA) was established, incorporated and officially registered on the 26th of February 2010. Whilst this organisation was established for many other important purposes, the Association was set up primarily to function as the accountable management body for the political party ASP.
The leadership team, known as the Committee of Management of the Australian Sovereignty Association, being elected by fellow members, are bound by a set of legal rules laid down to ensure that a system of accountability, responsibility and good governance is respected and upheld. The Association Rules also specify certain rights and responsibilities, and a code of conduct required by all members, such as rule 8 subsection (3) which forbids ASPA members to engage in racism or anarchist and provocateur activities. The rules are also intended to ensure that unity and common purpose is preserved in our campaign for truth, freedom and justice.
The Committee of Management is determined to uphold the purposes and aims as so listed in the Association Rules. These Aims are as follows:
a) To direct, manage and promote “Australian Sovereignty Party” (ASP)
b) To assist Committee approved candidates campaigning as a member of ASP for election into all federal, state and local governments/ bureaucracies/ councils.
c) To undertake actions as determined by the Committee to ensure Australia prevails as a truly sovereign, independent, self-sufficient and self-governing nation.
d) To oppose any individuals, groups, governments, corporations or other persons/ entities whether elected or non-elected, citizen or foreigner, from having any undue and unconstitutional control or influence in the determination of our nation's affairs.
e) To restore and uphold the constitutional rights, freedoms and liberties of all Australians.
f) To engage in the political, media, legal, societal, economic, educational, business and cultural arenas and by any other means as the Committee deems useful to promote freedom, justice and truth for all Australians.
g) To establish, and promote such businesses and activities that the Association members believe will support and encourage community involvement, sovereignty, freedom, truth, good health and prosperity for all Australians.
h) To expose and resist all corruption, tyranny and deception, locally and worldwide.
As an Incorporated Association established for these purposes, all are welcome to join and contribute to these noble causes. As an organisation committed to restoring and preserving truth, freedom and justice for all people residing in Australia, we even have a particular category of membership available that will allow for an individual who is not a citizen, or who is a citizen but is not registered to vote, to apply to join the Association. We welcome all who call Australia home to apply for membership, and to be a part of redirecting history towards freedom and prosperity, and away from tyranny and injustice.
