Education Policy

The Australian Sovereignty Party believes in an education system that will enlighten our understanding about the world today, our politics, history, health, economics, and so many other important matters.

The ASP will strive for public enlightenment, empowerment, and a level of education that that shall be the envy of the world. This will include the teaching of the ‘Australian Constitution’, and our inherited rights from the ‘Magna Carta’ and the ‘Bill of Rights (1688)’. It is vital that our children are imbued with a working understanding of the true nature of politics, the law and our Constitution, so that they are equipped as citizens to defend and uphold truth, freedom and justice, and prevent this nation from heading down the road to tyranny as so many nations before us have fallen.

More than any time in history our children are being taught to conform and to not to challenge the system. They are not learning how to think for themselves, to critically analyse information, and to have a spirit of genuine inquiry into all things. We will ensure students are taught from a young age critical and analytical thinking, and to always evaluate and question. We will encourage the development of logic and reasoning, and inspire students to form their own opinions. We also encourage students to seek the truth at all times, as this process has shown that sometimes the majority is not always right.

Schools are a place for open learning, and not the place for political agenda. We believe schools should be rewarding students that excel. We need to continue to improve the literacy and numeracy standards of our students.

A free and prosperous Australia under our stewardship will be educated like never before. Australians could become the most intelligent, creative, productive, and technologically advanced people in the world when we release the true potential that is inside every human being, when we unshackle the minds of young people from the propaganda and manipulation instituted by the former regimes. We will push for the very highest standards of teaching and education that money can afford.

Intellectual growth should commence at birth and cease only at death.

The Australian Sovereignty Party is committed to the following:

  • Increase funding for primary and secondary schools.
  • We will ensure that teachers and other education staff are adequately paid for their services.
  • Reducing the teacher to student ratio in all schools.
  • We believe that only the very best and experienced people should be given the privilege and responsibility of teaching. We will provide significant incentives for individuals such as engineers, doctors, geologists, scientists, authors/ writers, historians, public servants, and tradespeople who have worked in their industry, to become teachers that can offer more than the standard education, but also impart life skills and experience as to how the knowledge they learn is put into practice in the real world.
  • Schools to encourage a healthy lifestyle/ environment for our students. This could be students participating in the growing of organic fruits and vegetables on school grounds. Schools would teach proper nutrition, good health practices, and physical fitness to students as part of the required curriculum.
  • As a result of our taxation policy, Australia will regain its place as a major manufacturing power. It is important that we invest more in our technical schools and provide trade skills and other tertiary education for people wishing to enter the workforce as qualified technicians and tradespeople. We will also help to provide increased funding and wages for apprentices.

It is a miracle that curiosity survives formal education.
